Built during my data analyst internship at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Incident Tracker supports in-house teams monitoring risk across the bank’s many systems and services.
What it does
- Search and filter incidents at scale (tens of thousands of records in the live dashboard view)
- Capture notes on service-level risks across domains such as information security, resiliency, data, workforce, and third parties
- Surface a Digital Risk Dashboard with domain breakdowns, charts, and recovery-oriented overview
BRI runs a large service surface area — this tool helps operators see exposure quickly and keep risk notes attached to the right systems.
